When you land on something worth doing, tell Someday to handle it. That uses one credit — $20, or part of a 3-pack.
Your advisor reaches out
Within 24 hours, a real person emails you a few sourced options with actual prices. Pick one, or send them back to look again.
Approve it, then pay for it
Confirm an option and we send an invoice for the item itself. Nothing gets ordered until you've said yes to a real price.
It gets done
Ordered or booked. We email you when it's underway and again when it's finished.
If nothing your advisor finds is right, you keep your credit. And your advisor already knows the context — who it's for, the occasion, what you've shared — so you never start from zero.

Questions
When is a credit used?
The moment you say yes in chat. If it falls through — nothing fits, or plans change before anything is ordered — the credit comes right back.
Who pays for the item itself?
You do, but only after you've approved it. Your advisor sends options with real prices, you confirm one, and we invoice you for that amount. Ordered once it's paid.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. The monthly credit included with Unlimited doesn't carry over — it resets each billing month.
How close to the occasion can I use it?
Two days out or more. Closer than that, Someday gives you a sourcing guide instead — where to get it and by when, so you can still pull it off.
What if none of the options are right?
Tell your advisor what's off and they'll look again. If it's still not right, you keep the credit. No hard feelings.
